Music Minus One uses 128 bit SSL encryption to
protect your information.MMO offers two
methods of online secure purchasing.
Our Regular Chekout: MMO accepts all major credit cards, including Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Visa- and
MasterCard-related debit cards may be used as well.
PayPal
Checkout: MMO also offers our online
customers the option of using PayPal: PayPal
members can select the PayPal checkout on the final page
of the checkout process.
Music Minus One ships all in-stock orders received by 4:00pm
Eastern Time the same day, once payment authorization has
been received from your credit card company. Occasionally
orders will be delayed due to problems with credit-card
authorization and in such cases you will be notified by
telephone or by e-mail.

Returns Policy
We will replace any defective item with a replacement of
that item. You must contact our customer service center at
1.800.669.7464 or 914.592.1188 for a Return Authorization
Number before returning merchandise. Unauthorized returns
will not be accepted. Credit will be given for unopened
merchandise only. Sorry, but opened recordings cannot be
accepted back for credit.

InformationMMO's standard Continental U.S. shipping is via
Federal Express; However, we also offer the following
options:

Arrives the day following shipping.
Saturday Overnight
For next day delivery on a Saturday.
Only available on orders place up to 4:00 PM on Friday.
We are closed on week-ends
WORLDWIDE SERVICE
International orders are delivered via FedEx.
Delivery lengths vary due to accessibility and customs
but can be as high as 1 - 2 weeks in some locations.
Please inquire for more information. Please note that
customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
